Of all the potential ways to use technology, one of the best and most straightforward involves managing your time.

By scheduling tasks for later, a computer can act like a second brain, accomplishing things when you’re too busy and remembering things that you’re sure to forget on your own. You might, for instance, want to schedule a message so the recipient sees it at just the right time. Or, you may want to schedule a reminder for yourself, so that it shows up just when you need it.
