While Verizon says the quick unlock policy was leading to fraud, unwinding it will also prevent actual customers from doing things the carrier doesn&#8217;t like.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Spotify price hikes:<\/strong> Spotify is <a href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/news\/spotify-raise-premium-subscription-price-111324610.html\">raising prices again<\/a>, so it&#8217;s now $13 per month for individuals, $19 per month for couples, and $22 per month for families.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Some users <a href=\"https:\/\/www.pcworld.com\/article\/3035312\/spotifys-hidden-basic-tier-can-save-you-cash-if-you-can-find-it.html\">may be able to downgrade<\/a> to a $10.99 plan without audiobooks, but you can also still buy one-year individual subscriptions <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bestbuy.com\/product\/spotify-99-annual-card-digital\/J33V3XG2Z5\">from Best Buy for $99<\/a>, which saves you $57 over 12 months. I&#8217;m not sure if it&#8217;s enabled by default or if I&#8217;d turned it on inadvertently, but it&#8217;s helpful to avoid losing your spot and having audio playing all night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What about Android?<\/strong> I haven&#8217;t tried this yet, but the venerable <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/store\/apps\/details?id=com.urbandroid.sleep&amp;pli=1\">Sleep as Android<\/a> app has a feature that pauses media when you fall asleep, <a href=\"https:\/\/sleep.urbandroid.org\/docs\/sleep\/automatic_sleep_tracking.html\">using your phone&#8217;s activity sensors<\/a>. You can enable it in the app&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/sleep.urbandroid.org\/docs\/sleep\/lullaby.html\">Lullaby settings menu<\/a>. Some earbuds that are designed for sleep, such as <a href=\"https:\/\/www.soundguys.com\/ozlo-sleepbuds-review-127527\/\">Ozlo<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.soundguys.com\/anker-soundcore-sleep-a30-review-140300\/\">Anker&#8217;s Soundcore A30<\/a>, also have auto-pause features built-in and work with iPhone and Android alike.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Windows&#8217; new Start menu<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Have you noticed that Windows 11&#8217;s Start menu looks different lately?
